Question Presented:  ERISA allows for suites for appropriate equitable relief to enforce the provisions of an employee benefit plan.  Does this mean that plans are limited to the type of equitable relief that existed at the time there were separate law courts and equity courts?

Can the people of a state, through amendment of the state constitution, give power to establish legislative districts to an independent commission and not the state legislature? This was an effort to Arizona to stop the practice of Gerrymandering.
